Ottumwa Fire Dept. 150th

On Saturday I was present at a celebration for the 150th anniversary of the Ottumwa Fire Dept. Dignitaries were present as well as family and friends of the O.F.D. What a fine tribute to the brothers of the Dept. past and present.

Drew was one of those seniors that leaves a positive, lasting, impression. Energy, Humor, Wit and he's ripped! The world of male modeling needs Drew. Look out Derick Zoolander! Drew introduced me to the music of Jack Johnson (Banana Pancakes and Better together) Thanks Drew, Connie and I play them - daily.

Class of 1988

I have been very busy!

Thank you to all of you who have made it difficult to keep up with my blog.

My intent is to blog daily first thing in the morning.

Last weekend was my 20 year class reunion. Connie and I had a great time Friday and Saturday!

It was great to see so many that we don't get to see on a more regular basis and some we have not seen since graduation.

We were happy to take this and a few other shots during the reunion. Most of the others are of groups representing the elementary schools we attended. They can be viewed in our on-line proofing section. Call or refer to the latest e-mail from the reunion committee for the password.

Thank you to all the reunion committee members who I know for a fact put a lot of time and energy into organizing this event and finding lost classmates.

Tammi & Dana's Gift to Tasha

I am very proud to show all of you my creation.

Dana was Tosha's first student and Dana and her mother Tammi came up with the idea of getting something together including all of Tosha's favorite things- Oliver, Dance, Dana and Peter Pan. This is what they presented to her Friday night between rehearsals. Congratulations Dana on your accomplishments in your senior year.

Texas Prom at the Shelly's

Friends RJ & Stephanie Shelly just sent these images of Taylor going to prom. We love the Shellys. RJ is a great fishing guide and also enjoys waterfowling. Stephanie is a transplant Iowa girl from C.R. They also have a younger daughter Hannah who last year landed a shark bigger than her! Van Buren Prom

I had the privilege of photographing in Keosaqua for Van Buren High School's prom. What a nice event. The parade from downtown in a wide variety of "transportation" then valet parking, dance and after prom. Thanks to the Marshalls who did a wonderful job. The background was a one of a kind by Braden Crist. Thanks to the students who seem to be some of the most close knit student bodies anywhere. Love you Hannah and Chrissy
